Overall I was happy with my stay - no surprises or issues for me. The location was convenient as the hotel is within reasonable walking distance to Baird Center and downtown, and the neighborhood seemed reasonably nice and safe. Totally adequate simple breakfast, comfortable beds, well equipped and good-sized room. Also appreciated the small selection of snacks and drinks in the lobby as I arrived pretty late. The few interactions I had with the staff were positive as well.

The hotel is nicely remodeled. The room was nicely decorated and very clean!! I really enjoyed the shuttle service and the drivers were super friendly. That service is available within a 3 mile radius which will definitely get you downtown. Breakfast was nice and different every day. Their sister hotel across the street (Ambassador) has 2 restaurant options: Gin Rickey (bar/restaurant) and The Fitz (more formal restaurant) if you don't feel like leaving the area. I will definitely come back to this hotel !!

The breakfast waffles were good. Not a lot of variety for fruit. Area for eating was very small. Location was very close to my son that I was visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was wonderful and the the towels were great and fluffy.

The location was great for getting in and out of Milwaukee without traffic. Parking at the hotel was plentiful and easy. Breakfast was very good.

It’s your standard city hotel, conveniently located and within walking distance from Baird Center. What made my stay memorable though was the front desk staff and especially Darius. My luggage was delayed by my airline and I also needed assistance with a different matter. Darius went above and beyond to assist me and I really appreciate it!

This is a 5 star hotel .The staff generally were good especially Latasha who was superb. The hotel is well located and connected to public transport. Free complimentary breakfast and gym for exercises. To crown it all they even provide a free shuffle transport service for dropping and picking up customers. I will highly recommend them.

The location was perfect if you wanted to be downtown. The waffles were really good. I want to thank the concierge for helping me and recommending where to go. Complimentary use of the hotel shuttle across the street is a plus.

Beautiful area. The staff I interacted with were all great from the manager Rico, food and beverage manager Josie, front desk worker Monti and housekeeper/janitorial staff. The complimentary breakfast with waffles, coffee, eggs bacon and sausage were very tasty. I can’t wait to stay there again

Pretty cheap for a hotel. The rooms are real spacious. Functions perfectly. Staff are also very nice and the breakfast is pretty tasty.
